A Star is Born

For the past 9 years, Campbell's daycare has put on their own production of The Nutcracker, where all of the kids in the school participate, even the babies. It's quite a production, held at Jesse Hall on campus. Last year, Campbell was a Snow Fairie. She was dressed all in white and the teachers danced around holding the babies while snow fell all around them. This year, she was a Snow Angle, with a choreographed routine and everything. As you can see from the pictures, she's not exactly comfortable on the stage. Though she cried the entire time, she danced right through the tears. Part of me thought it was precious and part of me worried I might be doing some major damage to her psyche. Time will tell, I suppose. There is video that we'll try to upload, so stay tuned.
